Job/Training Title		Trainee Groom/Instructor
Hours		44 (this includes up to 9 hours training for BHS, NVQ  and/or ABRS exams).
Training Allowance		Depending on experience, ie £180 per week rising to £240 per week (AI), £100 per week (Stage 2 & PTT), £45 per week (Trainee, no qualifications)
Experience Required		Riding skills are desirable but not essential.
